The upstairs has 3 good size bedrooms, 1 king size with wash basin, 1 double bed and the third has 2 single beds with wash basin. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower.
The upstairs landing area has a scenic view of Amroth and the sea, it has a seating area to sit and relax and watch the world go by, alternatively there are books, TV with built in DVD or games available. Downstairs the conservatory also gives a private relaxing area to enjoy a quiet moment. The laundry room is situated in the outhouse and allows washing and drying to take place.
The large lounge suits all the family needs; the dining area easily seats 6 persons giving sea views on one side and the impressive gardens on the other side. It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard; the kitchen has all the necessary amenities to cater for your needs.
The house has all the requirements of an exceptional quality family holiday home, the owners having taken time to ensure it meets the expectations of their own family and guests. The kitchen has an electric hob, separate fan assisted oven and a cooker hood. Dishwasher, fridge and freezer are also installed. There is a high chair available if required.
