Most computer problems are virus,software or operator(sorry) related - we will visit within 20 miles of SA67 postcode and if possible fix for under 50:00 (Maximum 2 hours) .If the cost is going to exceed 50:00 we will quote BEFORE starting work for you to decide

On occasions where we visit and no fault is found , we will make a nominal 15:00 charge - to help avoiding this charge , please check that cables or sockets have not come undone or power sockets / phone plugs have not become disconnected before contacting us.
